Oasis Serene Distributor and Wholesale Information
We offer distributor accounts to licensed healthcare practitioners who, in an office setting, desire to offer Oasis Serene to their clients. This includes MD, DO, DC, ND, CCN, HHP, etc. Distributors are not allowed to sell Oasis Serene on the Internet except through the OAW Affiliate Program.

Before becoming a distributor, you will need to sign and fax back the Distributor Agreement, which can be found below. Our fax number is 832.252.9372. You can also email it to us as an attachment at staff@oasisadvancedwellness.com. All potential U.S. distributors must provide a tax ID number or reseller number.
