FIRST MONTH
Optimum Wellness Liver/Gallbladder Flush: This should be performed at the beginning of each month for three months and then 2-3 times yearly for maintenance. A sluggish liver will affect hormone balance.
LivaPure: After liver/gallbladder flush continue to support the liver by using maintenance dosage.
Oasis Serene or Oasis Serene Plus: Apply 1⁄4 to 1⁄2 teaspoon morning and night on clean skin. Rub into inside of arms, chest, neck, bottom of feet. Rotate areas with each application.
intraMAX: Organic, liquid multi-vitamin-mineral complex. Take 1⁄2 capful mid-morning and mid-afternoon (before 5:00 p.m.) every day.
