I
am allergic to soy. Can I use Oasis
Serene?
How
does a plant substance get converted into a
progesterone to identically match a human's

What
are the ingredients in Oasis Serene?
Oasis Serene is made up of all natural ingredients.
These include natural spring water, vegetable
stearic acid, sweet almond oil, glycerin, aloe
vera, progesterone, grapefruit seed extract
and Vitamins A, B Complex, C, D and E. The
progesterone used is 100% pharmaceutical Grade
Natural (Bioidentical) Progesterone.
What are the benefits of using Oasis
Serene?
According to Dr. John R. Lee some of the many
benefits of using natural (bioidentical) progesterone
cream include: Natural Diuretic; Natural Antidepressant;
Helps use Fat for Energy; Facilitates Thyroid
Hormone Action; Normalizes Blood Clotting;
Normalizes Blood Sugar Levels; Normalizes Zinc
and Copper Levels; Restores Proper Cell Oxygen
Levels.
How do I know that I am getting the
amount of progesterone that is listed
on the bottle?
Oasis Serene makes their cream in small batches
and has a sample of each batch tested at Aeron
Labs in California. This test allows us to
know exactly how much progesterone is in each
batch. The range of progesterone is between
600 and 700 mg. per ounce.
What kind
of packaging do Oasis Serene and Oasis Serene
Plus come in?
Oasis Serene and Oasis Serene Plus comes in
a two-ounce jar, which lasts about one month.
How is Oasis Serene applied?
Oasis Serene is best absorbed through the skin.
Any thin-skinned area is a good place to apply
the cream. The neck, breasts, inner thighs,
inner arms, hands chest, abdomen and feet are
the best places to apply. Since Oasis Serene
needs to be used twice a day, it is a good
idea to switch sites with each application.
For example, if you apply the cream to your
breast in the morning, apply your second dose
to a separate area.
How long
before I can expect relief from symptoms?
This depends on the person and the severity
of the symptoms. It can take anywhere up to
three months to see results. We have even had
women who see results within the first week.
Don't give up! If you are not experiencing
results in three months, give us a call and
we will be happy to give you some suggestions.
Can I use
Oasis Serene while trying to get pregnant?
If using Oasis Serene while trying to become
pregnant, be sure to use the cream only after
ovulation each month. Track your ovulation
by taking your temperature each morning before
getting out of bed. A slight rise in body temperature
signals ovulation. Once this has happened,
you can continue using Oasis Serene. If you
believe you are pregnant, continue to use the
cream through the fourth month of pregnancy.
If
I become pregnant should I discontinue
using Oasis Serene?
If you become pregnant while using Oasis Serene
do not abruptly stop the cream. Continue to
use it through month four. Research has indicated
that babies born to mothers who used natural
(bioidentical) progesterone during pregnancy
are larger, calmer and smarter!
Can I use Oasis Serene while taking
Birth Control Pills?
Yes. You can continue to use Oasis Serene.
A woman on the pill would use the product only
7 days prior to her period.
Can I use
Oasis Serene every day of the month?
It is not recommended. Anytime Oasis Serene
is being used, you should not be bleeding.
It is important that you use the cream as instructed.
The times that you are not using the cream
are important in that this allows your body
to rest. If the cream is being used everyday,
the body's receptor sites can become weak.
This makes the body unable to feel the effects
of Oasis Serene.
Can
Oasis Serene help fibroids?
Yes. When natural (bioidentical) progesterone
is used, the tumors no longer grow in size
and usually decrease in size by 10 to 15%.
Does
Oasis Serene help with osteoporosis?
Yes. Using natural (bioidentical) progesterone
does help increase bone mass and density. Progesterone
has also been proven to reverse osteoporosis.
What
about endometriosis?
If Oasis Serene is used from day 6 to 26 of
the cycle each month, four to six months later,
the pain will usually subside as healing of
the inflammatory sites occur. We would also
recommend taking a good systemic enzyme.
What about
fibrocystic breasts?
Oasis Serene may stop the pain and swelling
associated with fibrocystic breasts and can
be rubbed directly on the breasts for faster
relief.
What is the difference between Natural Hormones
and Synthetic Hormones?
Natural hormones means that these hormones
are chemically the same as the ones the human
body produces. They are also called "bio-identical".
Synthetic hormones refer to those manufactured
with a chemical structure that is foreign to
the human body but mimics some hormonal activity.
An example of natural hormones would be Estriol,
Progesterone, Testosterone, and DHEA. An example
of synthetic hormones would be Premarin, Prempro,
Climara, Estratest, Estratab, and all birth
control pills.
What
causes PMS?
Most scientists agree that PMS is related to
the hormone progesterone, which is produced
by the ovaries the second half of the monthly
cycle. There is a relationship between a specific
brain hormone called luteinizing hormone (LH)
and an antibody. As your period approaches,
the level of antibody falls as the level of
LH rises. The high level of LH is directly
related to the symptoms of PMS. Treatment of
PMS with progesterone is very effective because
progesterone suppresses circulating LH and
controls the symptoms of PMS.
If I don't want to take Synthetics, what
do I do?
If you are currently on HRT do not stop abruptly.
It is necessary to slowly wean yourself off
of synthetic hormones. See How To Taper Off
Your Synthetic Estrogen.
Are there
tests to show my hormone levels? How much are
they?
Yes. You can do this through blood testing
and/or saliva testing. Blood testing will need
to be performed through your healthcare professional.
Oasis Advanced Wellness offers saliva-testing
kits that you can perform in the privacy of
your own home. See prices under Recommended
Products.
How often
do I apply Oasis Serene?
Because natural (bioidentical) progesterone
is available to the body for only eight hours,
it is extremely important that you apply Oasis
Serene twice daily - once in the morning after
shower and once right before bed.
What
about absorption and why is the cream
superior to tablets, capsules or suppositories?
Oral (pill form) progesterone has to be metabolized
by the liver and you would need at least 50x's
more progesterone to get the same effect that
you get from using a transdermal progesterone.
Why put the liver through extra processing?
The problem with progesterone tinctures is
that they must be taken throughout the day
on a strict schedule in which many women are
unable to follow. Transdermal means that it
goes on the skin, then directly into the bloodstream
and starts hitting the receptor sites immediately.
What if
I have cramps during the first day or two of
menstruation?
If you have cramps with bleeding, you can apply
Oasis Serene directly to the cramping area
for immediate relief. After a couple of months
on Oasis Serene, your cramps should subside.
I
get ravenously hungry-usually for sweets-a
few days before my period. What can I
do?
This can be hormonal
or it may signal Candida. Using natural
(bioidentical) progesterone helps to
level out blood sugar and thus may help
with sugar cravings.
What
if periods are missed or do not happen
for a long time?
Continue the Oasis Serene being careful to
use it during the same days of the month with
off-time the same. It can take 3-6 months for
the body to regulate itself. If periods do
not return within 6 months consult your healthcare
practitioner.
How long
can I use natural (bioidentical) progesterone?
We suggest that you have your progesterone
levels checked once every year. Some women
are able to discontinue use when levels become
balanced. The overall health of your body and
endocrine system will determine how long you
will need progesterone. It is safe to use for
as long as your body needs it.
Can the
use of natural (bioidentical) progesterone
cause side effects? Does it interfere with
other medicines?
There have been reports of incidental spotting
that may be associated with progesterone use:
however, this is usually temporary. A physician
should always check any persistent spotting
or breakthrough bleeding. Because some PMS
and Menopausal symptoms may indicate other
conditions, please be sure to consult a health
care provider if you ever experience headaches
or progressive symptoms. Although there have
been no reports of significant side effects
or health problems associated with Oasis Serene,
we encourage you to find a trusted health care
provider to work with you as you use natural
(bioidentical) progesterone.
Natural (bioidentical) progesterone cream can
potentially INCREASE THYROID ACTIVITY. If you
are taking thyroid supplements, you should
consult your health care provider and consider
lowering the amount of thyroid supplementation
you use.
My doctor wants to put my daughter
on birth control pills to regulate
her periods, can progesterone help
her?
Most oral contraceptives are a combination
of synthetic estrogen and progestins (e.g.
the "combined pill"). The Pill does its job
by suspending the normal menstrual cycle. The
bleeding which occurs each month is actually "withdrawal
bleeding", caused by stopping the pill for
seven days of the cycle. The known problems
associated with the pill are an increased risk
of coronary artery disease, breast cancer and
high blood pressure. Its side effects include
nausea, vomiting, headaches, breast tenderness,
weight increases, changes in sex drive, depression,
blood clots and increased incidence of vaginitis.
Women with epilepsy, migraine, asthma or heart
disease are warned that they could have a worsening
of their condition. Nancy Beckman in her book
Menopause: A Positive Approach Using Natural
Therapies points out that "Women on the Pill
have a greater tendency to liver dysfunction
and allergies." The Pill is often prescribed
to regulate a woman's cycle. But if it suspends
a woman's normal cycle and creates withdrawal
bleeding instead of a true menstruation, one
wonders what is the point of such "therapy"?
Dr. Lee found natural (bioidentical) progesterone
to be useful for women with irregular cycles,
without overriding the body's natural cycle
by using hormonal mimics that create an illusion
of well-being or normality.
I
am a female athlete and experiencing
amenorrhea. Can progesterone help?
Amenorrhea means not
have menstrual periods. There can be
many reasons for this as in pregnancy,
PCOS, menopause and lifestyle (diet,
stress, etc.). Often the cause of amenorrhea
is that the ovaries do not release eggs
(ovulate). Your ovaries may be releasing
the hormone estrogen but not producing
progesterone, a hormone necessary for
periods to occur. In this case, using
Oasis Serene from day 12 to day 26 will
mimic what the body should produce naturally.
In more advanced cases (of PCOS), high
doses of progesterone may be required.
Amenorrhea may also indicate more serious
disease. Please consult your healthcare
practitioner.
What
about facial hair, what causes this and
what can I do about it?
Facial hair is usually an indication of an
imbalance of testosterone. Progesterone can
help to bring about balance.
I am taking birth control pills. Should I
use natural (bioidentical) progesterone?
If you are using the birth control pill, it
is recommended that you use Oasis Serene 7
days prior to your period. You may get some
relief of your hormonal symptoms. However,
women who are not on the pill obtain the best
results.
I have
Candida Albicans or Yeast Infections. I have
heard that hormones aggravate yeast infections?
Birth control pills are known to be a factor
in yeast over-growth. Candida can also be responsible
for hormonal imbalance due to its attack on
the endocrine system. Dr. Orian T. Truss a
leading authority on chronic candidaisis states, "When
tests are done on estrogen levels, thyroid
levels, or other hormone levels and people
are suffering from these symptoms (candidiasis),
the hormones are there in the bloodstream,
but they are not activating any response."
How
important is diet and exercise?
Diet and exercise are imperative in balancing
out the hormonal system and to overall good
health and well-being. Balancing Your Hormones
Without Drugs…You Can Feel Good Again
is a step-by-step program to get the hormones
balanced using diet, exercise, hi-tech supplementation,
natural (bioidentical) progesterone, water,
lymphatic drainage and more. It is a complete
program for total body health.
Can
natural (bioidentical) progesterone help
me get pregnant?
Oasis Serene can enhance conception if used
starting on the first day of ovulation.
The word Progesterone is derived from the Latin
gestare for its vital supportive role in gestation,
highlighting it's importance in the reproductive
process. Modern science confirms that, of all
female hormones, progesterone is the one most
essential to the survival of the fertilized
egg and the foetus throughout gestation. Progesterone
levels rapidly rise from 2-3 mg/day to about
20 to 30mg. per day at ovulation. If fertilization
does not occur in ten or twelve days, progesterone
levels fall dramatically, triggering the shedding
of the secretory endometrium (the menses).
However, if pregnancy does occur, Progesterone
production is taken over by the placenta which
secretes an ever increasing supply, reaching
as much as 300-400 mg/day during the third
trimester.
What about
my husband's hormones? What can you do for
him?
Progesterone is vital to good health in both
women and men. It is the primary precursor
of our adrenal cortical hormones and testosterone.
Males synthesize progesterone in amounts less
than women do but it is still vital. Furthermore,
it may be important in the prevention and/or
treatment of prostatism and prostate cancer.
Men with BPH (swelling of the prostate) and
other male related problems will appreciate
the speed of relief with progesterone cream.
We recommend that men use 8 - 12 mg of progesterone
daily.
It is important to note that progesterone has
no feminizing characteristics. Progesterone
is an 5-alpha reductase inhibitor -- it helps
prevent the conversion of testosterone into
DHT. Progesterone may also help men with complexion
and increased energy. Progesterone balances
the estrogens that build in a man's body.
Furthermore, it may be important in the prevention
and/or treatment of prostatism and prostate
cancer. Dr Lee has had men contact him telling
him that as a result of applying progesterone
cream to their wife they were seeing that their
symptoms of prostatism such as urinary urgency
and frequency decreased considerably. Several
men with prostate cancer reported that their
PSA (Prostate Specific Antigen) level decreased
and they have had no progression of their prostate
lesions since using the cream themselves.
Is Oasis
Serene safe for teens to use?
Yes. Teens today experience many hormonal imbalance
symptoms as a result of the pressures of being
a teen today. Too often they are exposed to
chemicals in foods and in the environment from
pesticides, plastics, beauty products, cleaners,
and lawn and garden chemicals, just to name
a few sources. Water alone can contain hormones.
Dairy products and farmed fish have added hormones
and antibiotics. Antibiotics to control yeast
and acne also stress the body. The body can
be overloaded by the time they enter the teen
years. Stress is an added problem. Adrenal
glands, which regulate the hormones in the
body, do a good job under normal circumstances.
But too much stress creates hormonal imbalances,
which then creates emotional instability. The
adrenals can get exhausted, then can cause
hormone imbalances, or hormone imbalances can
cause adrenal exhaustion. Regardless of the
cause, the results are the same. So to handle
all of the stress, the adrenals produce a large
amount of a steroid called cortisol. This over
production leads to a huge reduction of the
hormone progesterone. When this happens, another
hormone estrogen takes over. So now two hormones
are affected. They have become unbalanced.
The use of Oasis Serene in the teen years will
definitely help to keep hormone levels balanced.
Of course, changes toward a healthier lifestyle
are definitely warranted.
Why
Progesterone? Aren't Mexican wild yams
enough?
No published studies conclude that yam increases
progesterone levels in animals or humans. While
the diosgenin molecule from wild yams can be
converted to a progesterone molecule in the
laboratory, it canNOT be in the human body.
Unconverted diosgenin is a cheap way to produce
a progesterone cream, and according to Dr.
Lee does not work well. It is important to
insist upon USP progesterone, not uncertified
cheap ingredients made in some foreign countries.
How
does one achieve natural hormone balance?
There is no simple answer to this. For a detailed
program check out our E-Book, Balancing
Your Hormones Without Drugs…You Can
Feel Good Again.
How
do I know if I am peri-menopausal, menopausal
or post menopausal? What is the difference?
Perimenopause is the phase before menopause
when ovarian hormone production begins to decline
and fluctuate. Typically, perimenopause is
the period about three or four years before
menopause, though some women can begin the
perimenopause phase of their life many years
before menopause.
Menopause symptoms like hot flashes and irregular
menstrual cycles can begin for women in their
late 30s or early 40s during the perimenopause
phase of a woman's life. Natural menopause
is typically complete in the late 40s or early
50s.
The Postmenopausal phase is usually at one
full year after the last menstrual cycle. Postmenopause
is a time when most of the distress of the
menopausal changes have faded. At postmenopause,
hot flashes and other symptoms of menopause
are milder and less frequent and energy and
emotional levels stabilize.
I am thinking
about having a hysterectomy, should I?
This is a decision that should be made by a
woman and her healthcare provider, according
to her symptoms. It is highly recommended that
a woman try natural alternatives as the first
line of treatment for hormonal imbalance. It
is believed that natural (bioidentical) progesterone
may offer a better alternative.
I
have had laser surgery for endometriosis
and it came back why?
The surgery is sometimes ineffective, as it
is difficult to distinguish some of the endometrial
tissue form healthy tissue. Many women have
had significant success with Oasis Serene as
it may prevent swelling and bleeding of endometrial
tissue from days 6 through 26 of the menstrual
cycle.
What
about my fibrocystic breasts?
Fibrocystic breasts are caused by estrogen
dominance. A history of repeated episodes of
painful, cystic breasts worse during the week
or so before menses and clearing after menses
is present. When natural (bioidentical) progesterone
is used during the two-week period prior to
menses, fibrocystic breasts may revert to normal
within 2 to 3 months.
Why
have I gained weight on estrogen?
Estrogen dominance interferes with thyroid
hormone. Thyroid is the hormone that regulates
metabolic rate. Low thyroid tends to cause
low energy level, cold intolerance, and weight
gain.
I have
had a partial hysterectomy but I still have
my ovaries, do I need, hormone therapy?
Yes, if you are experiencing symptoms. Even
when ovaries are left intact, the change in
blood flow in the area can cause ovary dysfunction
or atrophy.
Will natural
(bioidentical) progesterone help with migraines?
How do I use Oasis Serene for migraines?
Migraine headaches are usually hormonal in
nature. Apply a dab or Oasis Serene behind
the ears every 15 minutes up to one hour. While
Oasis Serene may not stop the migraine, it
will help to make the symptoms much less. Women
who keep their progesterone levels balanced
have reported that the migraines that seem
to occur right before and during their period
happen much less frequently or go away all
together.
What about
natural hormones and my thyroid supplements?
Natural (bioidentical) progesterone cream can
potentially INCREASE THYROID ACTIVITY. If you
are taking thyroid supplements, you should
consult your health care provider and consider
lowering the amount of thyroid supplementation
you use.
Can
Oasis Serene help with Hypothyroidism?
Yes. Natural (bioidentical) progesterone cream
can increase thyroid activity. Estrogen dominance
interferes with thyroid activity. Progesterone
can promote energy production and thus help
to raise the body temperature. It is also suggested
that a good green drink containing kelp be
used along with the progesterone.
Can
natural (bioidentical) progesterone help
with libido?
A surge of progesterone at ovulation is known
to be the source of libido in women. Lack of
sex drive may be a sign of estrogen dominance.
Why doesn't
my doctor know about this?
Good question! Since the pharmaceutical companies
provide funding for many of the textbooks in
medical school, natural products, which cannot
be patented, will not get much attention. Many
doctors are actually "coming around" to the
use of natural (bioidentical) progesterone
cream especially since over three-fourths of
the population admits to using natural therapies
at one time or another.
How
many milligrams of natural progesterone
does Oasis Serene provide in each dose? Oasis Serene
natural progesterone cream (750mg/ounce) provides
approximately:
⅛ teaspoon – 16 mg. of natural
progesterone
¼ teaspoon – 31 mg. of natural progesterone
½ teaspoon – 63 mg. of natural progesterone
1 teaspoon – 125 mg. of natural progesterone
(Double the milligrams if using Oasis Serene
Plus)
What
are the dosage recommendations for pregnancy?
The amount of transdermal natural progesterone
you use to get or stay pregnant is no more than
the amount recommended for perimenopausal and
menopausal women: 20 to 30 milligrams a day.
The timing is important, however. If you're trying
to get pregnant, using progesterone cream
can suppress ovulation. Don't use Oasis
Serene until after you know you have ovulated.
You can find out whether you've done so by taking
your temperature each morning before you rise
(it will go up slightly when you ovulate), or
by using home ovulation tests available at drugstores.
After that, use Oasis Serene each day, smoothing
it onto your neck, chest, bottom of feet, and
inner arms or anywhere that blood vessels are
visible (thin skinned areas) rotating the application
area. Once you've gotten through the first trimester,
you can taper off very slowly (don't stop abruptly) – your
body will soon be producing more than ten times
what you use transdermally. You don't need to
stop using it during the second or third trimesters,
but it's really a drop in the bucket of what
the placenta produces. Katharina Dalton, MD,
the true pioneer of natural progesterone therapy,
has administered progesterone to many women during
their pregnancies. An informal survey of her
patients has revealed that their babies are more
likely to stand and walk by one year of age,
and that by the age of nine or ten, they seem
to have superior academic performance.
Women who have trouble conceiving may want to
try Dr. John Lee's advice, described in his book, What
Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Premenopause. For
two to four months, use 20-30 mg of cream on
days five through 26 of your cycle. Stop on the
26th day to bring on menstruation. This will
suppress ovulation, and if you have any follicles
left in your ovaries, one will ripen after two
to four months of suppression. At that point,
stop the cream and do what comes naturally! You
can resume the cream as soon as you have a positive
pregnancy test. This approach worked in many
of Dr. Lee's patients who had tried to conceive
for years – in fact, many babies were named
after him!
Can
natural progesterone cream help with
postpartum depression? If so, what are
the recommendations?
Yes. As soon as the placenta is delivered
after the birth of the baby, progesterone production
falls from 350-400 mg a day to nearly zero. The
adrenals are the sole source of progesterone
at this point, and if a woman had an exhausting
and stressful birth experience, her adrenals
may be exhausted, too. Women with the highest
progesterone levels during pregnancy and the
lowest postnatal progesterone levels are at greatest
risk for severe postpartum depression. Natural
progesterone may be helpful for women who suffer
from PPD.
Many women report no difficulties with postpartum
depression while using natural progesterone cream.
Women who suffer postpartum depression can use
the same dosage, three weeks on and one week
off. Since most will not resume normal menstrual
cycles for at least a few months after giving
birth, you may have to wing it to figure out
when to start. Or, if your cycles were normal
before you conceived, you can look back at your
calendar and figure out where you'd be in your
cycle if you had not gotten pregnant, and use
the progesterone accordingly.
Can
natural progesterone cream help with
infertility?
Those who are having
trouble conceiving are probably
having anovulatory cycles. Cyclical
use of progesterone cream can
move the body back into its normal
menstrual pattern and facilitate
ovulation.
Follicle-maturing drugs, used to stimulate ovulation
in women who wish to conceive, often end up creating
luteal phase deficiency, in addition to what
physicians call a “hostile uterine environment,” both
of which increase the chances of miscarriage.
Supplementing with natural progesterone may turn
out to be the best way to protect pregnancies
in women who use these drugs.
Progesterone is commonly used to maintain IVF
(in vitro fertilization)pregnancies
in their early stages. In a naturally conceived
pregnancy, there is an abrupt rise in progesterone
production, designed to facilitate the implantation
of the embryo. While adding extra progesterone
through transdermal cream may not rescue every
IVF pregnancy, it has been demonstrated to help
in most cases, and it certainly doesn't hurt.
What
plant does the progesterone used in Oasis
Serene come from and what does USP mean?
Oasis Serene Natural Progesterone cream uses USP micronized progesterone derived from the wild yam plant.. All USP
progesterone creams are derived either from the soy plant or wild yam. Progesterone from soy and from wild yam produce
the exact same quality of progesterone.
USP means United States Pharmaceutical grade which means that it is guaranteed
to be extracted under the strictest of standards and the highest quality source
of progesterone, plant-derived that is converted to human progesterone to identically
match women's natural hormonal needs. Many companies on the internet claim their
progesterone cream contains ‘real progesterone.’ Checking the ingredient
list reveals that they are using Wild Mexican Yam, or Mexican Wild Yam Root Extract,
or ‘pharmaceutical quality’ progesterone. These are all code words
for the same product, Diosgenin. The human body does not produce the enzymes
necessary to convert Diosgenin, the active component of Wild Mexican Yam, into
progesterone. Clinical studies have shown beyond a doubt that Wild Mexican Yam
or Diosgenin does not increase progesterone levels in the human body. Only USP
progesterone is bio-identical in every respect to progesterone of the
corpus luteum from female ovaries. Only USP natural progesterone will produce
an increase in saliva and serum levels of progesterone. Companies use Diosgenin
because it’s less than half the cost of USP progesterone. Diosgenin, by
any name, is not progesterone; it won’t turn into progesterone in your
body; it does not provide the benefits of progesterone.
I
am allergic to soy. Can I use Oasis
Serene?
Yes. Oasis Serene and Oasis Serene Plus are now made from USP micronized progesterone derived from wild yam and does not contain any soy or soy products.
How
does a plant substance get converted
into a progesterone to identically match
a human's hormonal need?
The body is able to utilize it as it has the same exact molecular structure
as the body’s hormone. Micronized progesterone and progesterone produced
by the ovaries are the same chemical structure. Progestin is not because
it is synthetic and has been chemically altered so it can be patented. Each
hormone has many receptor sites. For progesterone this is mostly around
the uterus with the next being the brain. When the ovaries stop producing ovulation
stops. Ovulation triggers the ovaries to produce progesterone. When
you do not ovulate anymore this stops the period. Natural progesterone
helps the receptor sites to stay full so that the body functions the way that
it is supposed to. In other words it keeps the endocrine system in balance. If
you have the best progesterone in the world and you are not educated as to when
or how to use the progesterone cream then it will not work because you are not
mimicking the hormonal cycle. This is why, depending upon where your body
