I am fully confident that over time I will be able to get off the HRT altogether...

I have had hot flashes for over 10 years very intensely and the only way up to now to control them is through HRT, estradiol, one a day. Even though it is a more natural estrogen I do not feel comfortable putting prescription drugs into my system, yet I couldn't live without it. Now, in the 2 months I have been using Oasis Serene Plus, I have been able to cut back my estradiol prescription to skipping a pill every 3rd day and am fully confident that over time I will be able to get off the HRT altogether.
