I just wanted to let you know that I completed one jar of the Oasis Serene and for the first time didn't experience any mood swings or irritability, which was the case every month prior. Also, I had very little cramping, unlike in the past. Such relief, so quickly! My boyfriend benefited too, because I seemed to take out everything on him ;o). It's like a miracle, and I'm glad I researched hormonal imbalances until I found you guys.
